Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in a resell-able condition.

To request a return, you can contact us at sales@jvcreps.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with an address to send back the item to - all returned items must be sent with tracked shipping (we do not accept Hermes delivery). Please note we are not liable for shipping expenses for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product/size or a faulty item from us, you must contact us at sales@jvcreps.co.uk. within 7 days of receipt of the item - to speed up the process please include pictures as proof to aid our investigation of the supposed issue. If we can verify that the incorrect item has been sent out, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased using a promotional code / gift card.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, we will contact you with our reasoning, and you will be liable for shipping expenses to deliver the item back to you.
