Every order is fully insured, discreetly packaged, and tracked to your door — next day across the United Kingdom, and worldwide on request. Import duties and insured delivery are included in the price you see.
Dispatch
In-vault pieces are dispatched within one to two working days of your order being confirmed. Each piece is authenticated by our specialists before it leaves us. Sourced-to-order pieces follow a timeline agreed with your advisor.
All sales are final
Because every piece is either sourced specifically for you or held on consignment, all sales are final — we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Every item is thoroughly checked and photographed before it is dispatched.
Please ask us anything you need before ordering — colour, measurements, production year, condition or price. We are always happy to share detailed photographs and information, and we would far rather answer ten questions than have a piece be less than perfect for you. Pieces cannot be returned because a colour or size did not meet expectation, so if you have any doubt about sizing, contact us before committing to purchase.
Wrong or faulty items
If you receive the wrong item, email us within 24 hours. If a piece has any fault, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right. In the rare event an order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
