Every order is fully insured, discreetly packaged, and tracked to your door — next day across the United Kingdom, and worldwide on request. Import duties and insured delivery are included in the price you see.
Dispatch
In-vault pieces are dispatched within one to two working days of your order being confirmed. Each piece is authenticated by our specialists before it leaves us. Sourced-to-order pieces follow a timeline agreed with your advisor.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with every tag, box, dust bag and enclosure intact. Please contact us before returning so we can arrange insured collection.
Refunds & exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece has been received and re-authenticated, typically within five working days. Exchanges are offered subject to availability.
Sourced & made-to-order
Pieces sourced or reserved specifically for you may require a deposit and are non-refundable once secured, as they are acquired on your behalf. Your advisor will make this clear before you commit.
